With one of the largest spirit collections in the world, we are housed in a hidden bar in the historical heart of London – The City.
Our award-winning cocktails explore the wonderful world of flavourful spirits, interesting producers, fine and rare bottlings – with each one telling some, small part of the Empire story. Come and explore.

For us each bottle tells a story. We love where the history of Alcoholic beverages meets the Science behind good quality production techniques.
Our rare collection of spirits focusses on the Mercantile history of Gin and Rum and we have fused this collection with our unique 600 bottle collection of Whiskies focussing on Quality production and unique flavours from around the world.
We hope you will come and enjoy a unique and rare offering with us and let our staff who are industry renowned experts, guide you through a plethora of flavours and stories.
Masterclasses
Explore the world of gin, rum, or whisky
Our award-winning teams are among the most knowledgeable spirit experts in the world. Enjoy a masterclass with us and discover the secret histories and methods behind your chosen spirit. Each attendee will receive a welcome drink, followed by 4x tasters of their chosen spirit to illuminate the story. After about 60 minutes of swashbuckling stories, we finish on something fine and rare from our private collection.
